CRLNBSMNS strengthens its team. The brand wants to grow rapidly in the coming years and is therefore looking for an operational director for the company. The positions concerns the day-to-day management of the company across the various business sectors:
– Selecting and negotiating with suppliers and organizing production follow-up and logistics;
– Managing the B2B sales and follow-up and undertake negotiations with crucial sales partners;
– Set up the branding, marketing and digital presence of the brand;
– Take on the general management, including among others: personnel management, financial follow-up and ICT.
The creative management is in the hands of Caroline Bosmans, founder and controlling shareholder of the company. The CEO must be able to form a strong leadership team with Caroline.
The candidate is given the opportunity to develop a global brand in children’s fashion.
The young company specializes in designer fashion for children and teenagers. It has experienced strong growth since its inception. It is currently distributed in boutiques from Dubai, across London to Tokyo. The brand has a wide range of fans and can count the offspring of stars such as Beyonce as its regular customers. Caroline was also recently nominated for the Belgian Fashion Awards. The company is based in Vilvoorde.
Due to the strong growth of the company there is a need for the establishment of a solid team in order to prepare the brand for the next growth phase. The team will grow to 4 people in the short term and will be managed daily by the candidate sought.
Recently the company also managed to raise additional capital and support from investors in order to realize this growth.
CRLN BSMNS is looking for someone with significant experience (minimum 5 years) in the international luxury market. Preferably on both the production and sales side. Knowledge and affinity with branding and luxury marketing are crucial. We are looking for a candidate with experience in working in and leading teams.
In terms of personality, CRLNBSMNS is looking for a mature yet entrepreneurial personality. Obviously, the candidate must be a self-starter, not afraid to get his/her hands dirty, but also someone who can organize and motivate a compact team. Ideally, it must be someone with a good IQ and also the required EQ, needed to efficiently organize business in a creative environment.
Good knowledge of English and Dutch are required.
